Would you like to work with elements from the entire digital catalogue and get hands-on experience with IT infrastructure? And do you have a curious nature and a passion for IT? Then you might be our new data technician trainee for our IT Endpoint & Client Services team.
IT Endpoint & Client Services at Danske Commodities (DC)
You will join our Infrastructure & Support team which plays an important role in the organisation as we assist our people with all IT-related matters. The team’s areas of responsibilities span all the way from providing daily IT-support and supporting physical and virtual assets to assisting with developing, improving and maintaining our core IT infrastructure. We embrace that no two days are ever the same – one day we might organise our stock and take out the cardboard boxes, and the next day we might develop a new setup for our traders or migrate virtual machines. We are a group of motivated professionals, who navigate busy workdays with a high level of teamwork and humour.
The team consists of committed, collaborative and social IT professionals who work as a team and take pride in supporting each other. We are a diverse team with different backgrounds, but what we all have in common is that we are solution-oriented, creative specialists within almost every branch of IT infrastructure. Even though we have different specialist areas, we honour knowledge-sharing with each other. As such, we enjoy solving tasks by means of knowledge-sharing and collaboration to ensure that we find the best solution – together.
Your journey as our data technician trainee
Starting out, you will get a thorough introduction to the team, your tasks and how we collaborate. Your first assignment will be to become an active member of our operations team and assist our users via our ticket system and on-call support. Here, all sorts of tasks show up – which gives us a great overall knowledge of the field we work within. By joining our team, you will get to try out and ultimately specialise within any field of IT, so you can figure out which areas you find most attractive. As people development is key for us, we will focus greatly on giving you learning opportunities to ensure your continuous development.
You are welcome to send your application in either English or Danish.
We will make sure you get the knowledge you need to succeed – you just need to be curious and willing to learn!

Your responsibilities

- ensure documentation of existing systems and that services are always up to date
- participate in a 24/7 on-call shift-scheme
Personal skills
we expect that you:
- are passionate and curious about IT infrastructure and cloud-native technologies. We like to explore, and you will feel at home if you enjoy discussing new tech or how to solve interesting challenges

- thrive on working in a team and enjoy sharing knowledge – we consider it a crucial ability to not just share knowledge, but also mentor each other to improve and hone our skills
- take a positive view: no job too big, no job too small – the team covers a wide range of tasks, and we always support each other in getting the job done
