BallerupDo you want to be IT Support Trainee at GN Store Nord?
To GN’s headquarter in Ballerup, Denmark, we are looking for IT Support Trainees, who are service minded, cooperative and extrovert.
You will be part of an experienced team of support specialists, who are supporting users globally and you will in this way be part of a very international environment.
The international environment of course set some requirements to language skills and therefore it is crucial that you have strong English skills.
Your primary tasks will be:
- Phone support
- Hands on support
- Handle incoming support cases in our support tool Service Now
- Installation and configuration of IT equipment
- Troubleshoot on hardware and software issues
