Deloitte is on the lookout for audit graduates for our ChangeMaker Programme all over the country.

Our audit graduate programme, called the ChangeMaker Programme, is tailored for graduates aspiring to develop his or her professional, business, personal and management skills in Audit & Assurance/Accounting & Finance. We offer career opportunities allowing you to unfold your full potential – to grow, to be challenged and empowered in an international environment. We will take you on a journey that will prepare you to use, enhance and challenge the way we think and do auditing now and in the future.

As an audit graduate, you will, in addition to attending our ChangeMaker Programme, become part of our work life and culture, and you and the other graduates will gain hands-on experience in all of the many disciplines of auditing, including client contact and client relationships. Your professional and personal development will be in focus, which is why you will be granted a coach to help you turn challenges into skills, and achieve your career goals. Your learning curve will be steep, and you need to be motivated to learn and accumulate new knowledge and new experience. In other words, we will demand quite a lot from you! In exchange, we will offer you the opportunity to let your professional passion and interest plot the course for your development and career with one of the world’s largest accounting and consulting firms.

You can either apply for a full-time position where you finish your studies while working, or a student position where you work a limited number of hours while studying. Are you one of our new audit graduates?

Send us your application in either Danish or English. If we decide to sign a contract with you, you will start in August 2019. We regularly host our assessment days, so we recommend you to send your application the sooner the better.
